Easily import all of your fields with shapefiles. We can assist with bulk importing field data - no need to manually draw each field.
We are interested in better understanding how crop consultants and trusted advisors interact with their growers and want to help them solve the ESA compliance challenge. If you are a consultant or trusted advisor, get in contact with us, and we'd love to talk about solutions to help with ESA compliance.
Designed specifically for growers to track and document runoff mitigations
Add your fields and automatically see what runoff mitigations are required based on the products you commonly apply.
Create EPA-compliant runoff mitigation reports pre-filled with your field data and applied mitigations.
View product limitations and ESA requirements specific to your fields. Know what mitigations and limitations you need to meet before applications.
When enrolled, your documented mitigations are linked to applications made through software that uses the ESA Check API for compliance verification - creating verifiable compliance records for your applicators.
The ESA Field Exchange does more than track compliance - it creates a connection between your documented mitigations and the applications that take place on your fields.
Document your field-level mitigations including cover crops, buffer strips, terraces, and other practices that reduce runoff risk.
When an applicator uses our ESA Check API for an application on your field, your documented mitigations are automatically associated with that application.
This creates a verifiable compliance record linking grower practices with applicator activities. Both parties benefit from documented proof of ESA compliance.

Common questions about data privacy and the ESA Field Exchange
No. Your data is private and only shared via our ESA Check API with software that uses it for compliance verification. We only use your field mitigations when applications are made to your field by applicators using ESA Check.
No. It is your data and we do not share it with any government entity. Your field and mitigation information remains private and under your control.
Yes. You have full control over your fields and can choose which fields are enrolled in the Exchange. If you opt out, your mitigation data will not be available for compliance verification when applications are made.
ESA Field Exchange is completely free for growers to manage runoff mitigations and generate runoff reports. We do intend to have a paid service for the growers who want more active ESA compliance with all of their applications being made.
You can draw your fields directly on our map or import them via shapefiles. We can also assist with bulk importing field data if you have many fields to add.
Only you and applicators who use ESA Check when making applications to your enrolled fields. Your compliance records are not publicly visible and are only accessed during the compliance verification process.
When an applicator uses software integrated with our ESA Check API to verify compliance before an application, your documented mitigations are automatically associated with that application. This creates a verifiable compliance record for both parties without requiring any manual coordination.
