JOHN DEERE OPERATIONS · FOR CLAUDE & CHATGPT

Your operation.
Your questions.
Your connection.

Ask your AI assistant about your John Deere operation. Explore fields, equipment, and work history from the organizations you choose.

YOUR APPLICATION. OUR HOSTING.

Bring your credentials. We’ll handle the hosting.

Use your Deere developer application to connect your operation. AcreBlitz takes care of hosting, at no cost.

Currently using John Deere Sandbox

Bring-your-own credentials always connect to Deere’s Sandbox environment.

A separate plugin account keeps setup independent of AcreBlitz’s other services. Your AI provider’s plan and connector availability are separate.

YOUR DATA, EXPLAINED

Know what passes through. Know what stays.

AcreBlitz hosts the connection using your own Deere application credentials. The deployed service stores its records on Cloudflare, separately from AcreBlitz’s other farm and company databases.

What we store

Your email, sign-in records, selected organization IDs, and connection settings. Deere client credentials and access tokens are encrypted before storage.

How your farm data is used

The plugin reads Deere data to fulfill requests from your authorized assistant and to set up and check your connection. It does not edit your Deere records or build a permanent copy of your operation.

What we store

Requested Deere responses are held in a cache for your connection. Equipment and operation responses can be reused for 60 seconds; fields and reference data for five minutes. Expired entries stop being served and are removed by scheduled cleanup.

What your assistant receives

The assistant you authorize receives the requested results from your selected organizations—not your Deere client secret or authorization tokens. Those results may become part of your AI conversation, subject to that provider’s retention and training settings.

You can stop the connection.

Disconnecting clears saved Deere credentials, tokens, organization selections, and cached responses, and revokes assistant access through this plugin. Account deletion removes your plugin account and connection. Disconnecting or deleting your account does not erase data already sent to your AI provider.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

A few practical questions.

What do “my own credentials” mean?

A client ID and client secret from a John Deere developer application you manage. They are not your Deere password. You enter them in the plugin’s setup form, register the redirect address we provide, and authorize your Deere account. Never paste the secret into an AI chat.

Does bringing my credentials keep data off AcreBlitz?

No. AcreBlitz still hosts the connection, processes authorized requests, and temporarily caches responses. The benefit is control of your own Deere application and free hosting.

Can the assistant change my Deere records?

The plugin exposes read-only Deere tools. It does not provide tools to create, edit, or delete records in Operations Center.

Will my data be used to train AI?

This plugin does not run a model or keep a training dataset. Requested results are sent to the AI client you authorize. Check that provider’s retention and training controls before connecting; AcreBlitz cannot control what happens to results after they reach that provider.

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

After setup, your dashboard gives you a remote MCP endpoint to add to a compatible client, including the Claude CLI. You then sign in and approve read access. Marketplace listings are pending review; use a custom MCP connection for now. Availability depends on your AI client and account.

What if I want to leave?

You can disconnect Deere or delete your plugin account from the dashboard. Previously shared AI conversations are handled separately by your AI provider.

Start with the application you control.
